Where audited stores price their catalogs

Currency is each store’s base currency, read from its public shop metadata — the one its catalog is priced in. It is not the full list of markets a store sells into: Shopify Markets lets one store show prices in many currencies. Nor is it where the company is registered, which Shopify does not publish. A currency appears here once at least 25 stores price in it; below that it is a quirk of the sample, not a market.
