Last updated 2026-09-12
Operator
MonacoWebPix — Entreprise individuelle (sole proprietorship)
C/o CATS, Le Forum, 28 Boulevard Princesse Charlotte
98000 Monaco, Principality of Monaco
Répertoire du Commerce et de l’Industrie (RCI): 25P10884, registered 22 September 2025.
VAT number (Monaco applies the French VAT system): available on written request.
Email: [email protected]. One address handles every kind of request, legal notices included; contact lists what to put in each so it can be acted on the first time.
Responsible for content
The director of publication is the proprietor of MonacoWebPix, reachable at the address and email above. That responsibility covers what the registry writes itself: scores, audit lines, research and report pages. Product names, prices and images on a profile are read from the store’s own public feed and remain the store’s; a store owner’s response on a claimed profile is the owner’s.
Hosting
- Application and database: Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 München, Germany.
- DNS, content delivery and attack protection: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
What each of them processes, and under which safeguards, is in the privacy notice.
Supervisory authorities
- Data protection: Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN), 12 avenue de Fontvieille, 98000 Monaco. Monaco Law n° 1.565 of 3 December 2022 on personal data applies.
- Commercial activity: Direction de l’Expansion Économique, Government of Monaco.
- People in the EU, EEA or UK may also complain to the data-protection authority where they live.
EU Digital Services Act and GDPR contact
The single point of contact for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is [email protected], in English or French. Notices about illegal content follow the procedure on copyright and content notices.
Monaco is not an EU member state. People in the EU and the UK can address every data-protection matter directly to the operator at the same email; it is the data controller and answers within the time limits of the GDPR and UK GDPR.
Disputes
StoreProfiles sells nothing to consumers. The operator is not obliged to take part, and does not take part, in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Please write first — most issues are a wrong fact that can be corrected the same week.
Trademarks and linked sites
Store names, logos and product names belong to their owners. The registry uses them to identify the store a profile describes; that use implies no endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation. Outbound links lead to the stores’ own sites, whose content the operator does not control; a link is removed on notice that the site behind it is unlawful.
